In the back yard
there are two bird houses,
each summer are the homes of blue birds.
This morning I noticed three blue birds that
just arrived from southern winter home checking them out.
Somewhere I read that blue birds like to eat meal worms like candy.
So today I went to the pet store and got some dried meal worms for the birds.
Got a bright new and shiny special blue bird meal worm bird feeder,
and now I'm trying to decide where in the yard to place it,
by the window to see them eat the meal worm candy
or closer to the bird house by the bridge.
"The bridge", why do we call it a
bridge there's no water ?
I'd like to put the
new feeder at the window
just to get a close up picture
of a blue bird, but on the other hand
I really want to simply feed the birds and
putting the feeder near the bird house makes sense.
I know they were blue birds because it landed on top of
the pole on top of the flag pole that we usually have a windsock
waving at us from the very top of next to the poison sumac that is there.
I hope the birds like the new feeder and really would like to get a close up
picture of one to put on my bird feeder web camera gallery page at HERE !
