Dear Santa Claus;
You're busy but not enough to neglect this letter.
No one I know that can help us much better.
Thanks for the gifts given through out the years.
Affording days of laughter along with some tears.
The reason I'm penning is to ask for some peace.
One lifetime of 'normal' years or a dozen at least.
Our actuality evolved into a world spewing hate.
Stop the evil madness before it's too late.
I ask for years of serenity not only for me.
But for all the children growing up to see.
I wish for not one innocent child to shed a tear.
Tell Mother Nature easy with the snow this year.
