TURKEY HILL TASTE TEST !

Right off, I know what your thinking.
Turkey Hill is a strange name for ice cream.
It was on sale and I figured I'd try it out.
I bought the vanilla bean flavored.
Opening up the container I noticed it was full
to the top with vanilla flavored ice cream.
The spoon glided through easy enough and I
scooped out some into a measuring cup.
First impression of how it tasted was,
something in this tastes sticky or gummy.
It wasn't a smooth to the mouth type of texture.
The vanilla flavor was present enough.
I noticed that it melted a little quickly.
Here are the ingredients:
Milk,Cream, Corn Syrup, Sugar, Whey, Nonfat Milk,
Cellulose Gel, Cellulose Gum, Vanilla, Mono & Diglycerides,
Carrageenan and Vanilla Bean.
I suppose adding in the Corn Syrup and Cellulose
is what gives this the Strange Gummy Texture!
I'm sticking with good old Haagen Daz from now on.
