The first music videos broadcast on MTV were
way back in the stone age of August 1st, 1981.
These are classic videos today all simply made.
With a lot of colorful spotlights for special effects.
Kind of stupid computer graphics but in the day
they were just about the best effects they could get.
Remember the Robert Palmer Women in black ?
The silly looking videos the musicians acted in ?
Today MTV unto itself have no music videos.
But then who needs MTV when there's YouTube.
