mandatory conservation has been ordered.
People are told to not water their lawns,
wash clothes with full loads, and take a few
less showers to save as much as possible.
California has a new public service slogan.
As far as lawns go, 'Brown is the New Green.'
Which makes sense to conserve fresh water.
The city of Glendora's government sees it differently.
They sent out letters to residents stating that
'Limited watering of lawns is required to keep
landscaping looking healthy and green.'
So what is one to do, water or not water?
