Lately I've been on a chicken wings kick.
Deep fried, baked or cooked on the grill.
This has been the week of the chicken wing.
Yesterday I attempted to make buffalo style
basting them in melted butter and Sriracha.
There's nothing much better tasting than a
batch of crispy skin wings in a hot sauce.
Sriracha is a hot pepper sauce you must have.
Seriously, this stuff's good on scrambled eggs,
and a few drops in a spaghetti sauce is great!
Slathering up a few chicken wings is yummy.
