CLEANING !

It all started with me wanting to clean the outside
gas grill for yet another summertime of tasty food.

Reaching under the kitchen cabinet for the Crisco,
because that's what I use to aid me in the cleaning.
Placing the can-o-Crisco on the kitchen counter,
I noticed the plastic top was a little chewed up.
Those pesky mice are at it yet again!
So the cleaning of the outside grill started with the
cleaning out of the underside of the kitchen cabinet.
I took out all of the canned goods along with what ever
enticed the mice under there in the first place.
I threw out some mice enticing items.
1.) a plastic bag of barley
2). a can of bread crumbs
3). a can of Ovaltine
4). a box of corn starch
5). a box of cake mix
6). some Chinese Ramen noodles
Wanting to vacuum the inside cabinet,
I first had to clean out the vacuum cleaner.
After vacuuming up the mice turds and stuff
I sprayed down the lazy Susan with bleach water,
wiped it all nice and clean before replacing
all of the sealed canned goods neatly side by side.
So now onto cleaning of the gas grill.
I wiped the grilling surface with some Crisco and
fired that puppy up to burn off any icky stuff.
Took a grill brush to it and oiled up the grates
again to 'season' them for this years cooking.
Now as the grill was hot as the sun I decided
to cook up a few hot dogs, (Ball Park franks).
They grilled up good and in no minutes time I
had me a hot dog in bun ready to munch down.
one bite and I had eaten my daily salt intake.
I couldn't eat the rest of the salty hot dog,
were is Daisy the farm dog when I need him ?
Now on to filling the fish tank with water...
