I really don't want to be pedantic but
I do believe that when you make quinoa
you have to use fresh home made stock.
Plain water makes for a bland quinoa.
I've said before that I do think the
only thing I find interesting about
quinoa is the spelling and speaking it.
My tongue gets twisted every time
I try to pronounce the strange word.
(Ken-Waa).
Today is yet another grey rainy day,
perfect for cooking up some quinoa,
pretending to be eating healthy.
