I decided to get a new cast iron skillet.
Yes they're supposed to last for years,
but stupid me thought I was doing good
and placed my old cast iron skillet
in the dishwasher for cleaning.
Well after learning that mistake
I decided that buying a new skillet
would be a lot easier than trying
to clean the rust off of the now
orange old cast iron skillet.
So now I'm in possession of a brand
spanking new pre seasoned skillet.
And am trying to decide what to cook.
Corn bread, steak, roast chicken,
pizza, pies, crumbles, cobblers,
lasagna, roast vegetables,
Whew!
I think I'll just admire my new skillet
and throw a steak on the outdoor grill.
