Years ago we were told that eggs were bad
to eat as they contained too much cholesterol.
Today there's a new study out that states eating
eggs is really good for you because they
contain the 'good' type of cholesterol.
Turn the page and there's also a new study
that shows the last study was wrong.
Eggs aren't on the good list to eat again.
I'm confused yet again by the study people.
Maybe only the brown eggs are good and
the white eggs contain too much calcium.
Don't worry soon a new study will be out.
They’ll be back on the good list next month.
