SIMPLY BEST !

Today I roasted up a mess of vegetables
with a frozen chicken leg quarter on top.
This roasted meal couldn't have been any 
simpler to make or better tasting if I tried.
Throw into a roasting pan:
Potatoes, garlic, onions, celery and carrots.
Place frozen chicken on top of vegetables 
and season with salt and pepper to taste.
(Adding no water or oil into the pan.)
Bake covered for about 1 hour or until done.
Done!
