I remember listening to the Daytona 500 race
while wearing a radio headset while mowing the lawn.
I was about fifteen years old living in Plainville Ct.
Or wait a minute, that must have been the Indy 500.
Because grass doesn't need to be mowed in February.
Anyway the Daytona 500 is on the television right now.
They had a six hour rain delay...
Watching this makes me think that it's all make believe.
If you think about it, all TV is make believe just for ratings.
Race cars all of a sudden start spewing smoke for no reason.
They allowed Danica Patrick to be "the first female" driver
to lead "One Full Lap" under the green at the Daytona 500.
And just before the finish line there's a big ol crash.
It's all flashy and splashy done for TV ratings ...
