I'M NOT A GOOD BAKER !

Why? because I have a tendency not to measure ingredients at all.
Deciding to make some molasses cookies, ( I never made them before)
I put the batter together and dropped them by teaspoonfuls
one inch apart on a cookie sheet. I put them in the oven to bake.
Just opening the oven door to check if they were done I got a big surprise.
Instead of individual cookies the batter spread out into the baking pan
in one giant mass of cookie dough.
I'm letting it bake but it might just be chicken food.
