NESTLE'S MAKES THE VERY BEST !

I found myself looking to get some really good soup bases and ended up going to the Nestle's Professional website.
I'm always in search for a few new recipe ideas.Whoa and Wow!
what a wealth of foodie information I found. With all the brands and interesting foodie stuff!...GO HERE FOR THE NESTLE'S RECIPES !

I just bought a nice big fat laden pork roast and some fresh ginger root.
Now I've been known to smoke up a mean prk roast butt but I have no clue what to do with fresh ginger, I know,I Know... it's very difficult for you to understand, but I never really used fresh ginger in my Italian/German/Polish background of culinary adventures.
But thanks to my friend Siaun (a VERY SWEET GIRL) whom is of Cambodian heritage and Jim's Mother is Japanese, I've been attempting to expand my culinary repertoire into more Asian, Cambodian, and Khmer foods. Thai, Japanese, Chinese and Asian styles. So that's why I bought some fresh ginger root with no idea what to do with it. Can you make tea?

And Kev, stop emailing me French recipes,I'm tired of Frogs legs and Fiddle heads.
Go out and shoot yourself a squirrel or a moose or somthing....
