There definatly is something mysteriously magical about real home made chicken soup.
What's not to like about the whole chicken in every pot? A little water, some carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper and your in hen heaven. I cooked up a chicken along with some Orzo pasta and somehow I tolerated this cold wet and windy winter day just a little bit easier.
