I know it looks like baby food, flavored kinder gardeners paste. But it's tasty.
Going to the quickie mart, on the checkout counter was this Hummas snacka packa. Looked interesting so I bought one to try. Took it home, found out why it was on sale. I counldn't open the package with a jack hammer! and other observations.
So I spun off an email to the makers explaining my angst.
Here's the reply I got...
"I'm sorry you had difficulty opening the packaging. I use them all
the time, and I think I squeeze the sides which then releases the
edges making an opening that I just put my fingers in and pop open.
As far as using pita bread, it goes stale very quickly, and the
crackers are not saltines. They are Westminster All Natural crackers
that contain no trans fats, no hydrogenated oil, no preservatives, no
cholesterol, no sugar, and they're low fat, low salt and Kosher.
I hope you give our Hummus & Crackers another try. Thank you for
taking the time to email us, as we really do appreciate it".
The crackers turned out to be really buttery tasting...
Today,,a free sample of Kraft South Beach Living samples along with the daily rag.
It was a powder that they said when mixed with water was a very energitic drink. NOT!
It was very chaulky and brought back memories of clapping erasors together
on the red bricks of my elementory school.
The sun is going down... I'll be back!
